Non rispondono alle email e solo di rado al telefono (un cellulare), dando spiegazioni confuse e irreali sullo stato degli ordini. Vista la mia esperienza, faccio fatica a immaginare che dietro il sito stampaora.it ci sia davvero un'azienda.
I only made one order, but it was enough to understand the totally inadequate level of service. The ordered products have never been delivered. They do not respond to emails and only rarely on the phone (a cell phone), giving confused and unreal explanations on the status of orders. Given my experience, I find it hard to imagine that there is really a company behind the website stampaora.it.
