Non sì può che restare soddisfatti dalla professionalità dello staff dall’eleganza dell’ambiente sempre curato nei minimi dettagli e dalla pulizia con cui lavorano. Aperte anche di lunedì .....cosa chiedere di più?! Per me un riferimento unico per qualsiasi bisogno, una coccola, un regalo...sì esce sempre col sorriso? High level place. Bravissime e competenti tutte, un ambiente dall’atmosfera unica! Ci tengo a sottolineare la pulizia degli ambienti e il fatto che tutto lo strumentario o e’ monouso oppure sterilizzato, imbustato ed aperto solo davanti al cliente!!! Continuate cosi’?????? I wouldn't call it just a beauty center but a wellness center where all the staff really do their best and work the best for you !!! All talented and competent, an environment with a unique atmosphere! I want to underline the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that all the instruments are disposable or sterilized, wrapped and opened only in front of the customer !!! Keep it up

Bella atmosfera, staff professionale, competente e molto disponibili tutte! Ti senti davvero coccolata... Una piccola spa in città dove si prendono cura di te! Ho dato un voto basso perché mi sono trovata molto male perché quando ho voluto fare la pulizia viso i vostri prodotti mi bruciavano la pelle e pur averlo detto alla ragazza non me li ha tolto e il giorno ero con il viso rosso. Poi venni a fare per due volte il gel semipermanente e la prima volta me lo fece una ragazza bravissima e simpatica e mi durò molto, poi la seconda volta me lo fece un altra ragazza che lo fece male infatti dopo una settimana si era già tolto. E l'ultima volta mi feci le sopracciglia e dopo due min aveva già fatto la ragazza,mi aveva tolto due peli, ho dovuto dirlo io di fare qualcosa in più. Ma la cosa peggiore è che avete fatto confusione con i prezzi,avevo un buono da 150€ e dopo la pulizia viso da 60€ mi avete detto che mi erano rimasti solo 3€ e questa cosa andò avanti fino alla fine del buono. Mai trovata peggio. E comunque è bello che ricordate i vostri clienti! No there is no mistake, I went there in the summer of 2017 and I had a voucher. Ha insistito svariate volte sui punti più delicati in cui farmi la depilazione per cui non ero d'accordo, inoltre reagiva con un atteggiamento di sufficienza quando le dicevo che quella zona non mi interessava. Ho la pelle molto delicata, soggetta a capillari e la depilazione è sempre un problema, lei non curante di ciò, non ha posto alcuna attenzione e riguardo. Non credo purtroppo che tornerò! Ho scritto varie volte ed ad oggi non mi hanno saputo dare spiegazioni. I felt really made fun of!
