★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst waiter experiece ever in four weeks with the Osteria d'Italia guide. The place was only half packed and the waiter was not interested at all in offering us a table. When we asked if we can sit at least at the bar where every single chair was availble, he did like he doesn't understand no english anymore. Probably he doesn't want with tourists in the restaurant.
Strong contradiction to the aims of Slow Food.
Not all to recommend if you want to enjoy the real and indeed famous italian hospitality. There are 1699 other and better slow food restaurants in the country

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5* food, 3* service. This place was recommended to us by local Padovans, and we did enjoy the flavorful dishes with fresh, local ingredients. The prices are very reasonable. They even have a couple of outdoor tables under the arches..lovely. However, the service was arrogant - I even saw one of the waitresses roll her eyes at the question of a guest. If the staff were more congenial, it would be a top-notch place.

I think their food is first quality, they offer traditional Veneto' s meal but re invented under a modern view.
They also offer burgers and pizza, and they have different options for vegetarians.
I think that their best meal is the duck.
I also like the fact that you can see the kitchen.
Very good wine selection.
You can also buy different food products from all Italy.
Staff professional and friendly
It is an informal restaurant, it s not overprized.
I came here with my family almost every Saturday for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is either a gourmet food products shop and a restaurant. You basically sit within food and products shelves. But it has a style and the service is really good. The waiter came often to ask us how our food was and it was delicious! The also have a large selection of local and national wine plus a lot of produces from all the regions of Italy. The bill is not very cheap but considering the quality of the food not expensive either. I think this is one of the best places in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic meal and some excellent wine. We were warmly greeted by our host Frederico whose English was excellent and the family quickly bonded over Rugby and his time in England. He recommended several local wines which we were offered tasters of before choosing. We had a broad range of dishes all of which were very tasty. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone visiting the area - our best Italian culinary experience of our trip so far. Sorry, I only have a photo of the burger which, while delicious, doesn’t do the rest of the meal justice.
