Servizio lentissimo, no tablet e il 50% degli ordini non è arrivato. Solleciti vari serviti a niente. Del mio ordine hanno portato solo il cinese e zero giapponese quindi ho difficoltà a dare un giudizio sul cibo, l’avessero portato pure pure… mancheranno una 20ina di uramaki, sashimi (solo a me, alle altre persone altro!!!) Anche una stella è troppo. Le giornate negative capitano a tutti, ma leggendo le altre recensioni sembra l’ennesima giornata negativa From what we saw it looked like there were only two waiters and only one in the kitchen. Ieri gli abbiamo voluto dare una seconda chance e ci siamo tornati con due amici. Beh, il servizio non è cambiato: i camerieri (di cui uno palesemente minorenne) sembrano tutti alle primissime armi e non sanno neanche cosa stanno portando a tavola ed i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra sono lunghissimi. Ma la pietra tombale sulla possibilità di tornare in questo posto è stata posta dal fatto che questa notte/mattina tutti e quattro siamo stati malissimo: senza entrare nei dettagli, diciamo che tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato se n'è andato nello scarico con estrema fluidità. Sarà stata una serataccia ma onestamente c’erano pochi tavoli quindi non trovo giustificabile il totale caos mentale di entrambi i camerieri. Acqua non inclusa nell’all you can eat ma venduta a prezzo alto! Non ci torneremo e non lo consiglio. Peccato perché era vicino casa Nothing special, incomparable service. The waiters didn't even know what they were telling us, they forgot things a hundred times. It must have been a bad night but honestly there were few tables so I don't find the total mental chaos of both waiters justifiable. Water not included in the all you can eat but sold at a high price! We will not be returning and I do not recommend it. Too bad because it was close to home

Sono stato qui diverse volte e il posto di per sé non è male, la qualità della parte giapponese e del pesce per un all you can eat è nella media e tutto sommato godibile, mentre nulla da dire sulla cucina cinese che ho trovato migliore della media degli ayce. Le uniche buone esperienze che ho avuto qui sono state quando il locale era vuoto o semivuoto. Già quando hanno 7/8 tavoli occupati mangiando in questo posto si ha la sensazione di essere preso in giro. Il servizio diventa lento in maniera disarmante (siamo stati più di un ora per una decina di portate) e i piatti diventano delle microporzioni. Dopo, più si continua ad ordinare perchè le porzioni precedenti erano micro, e più diventano ancora più piccole. Per farmi portare una quantità decente di sashimi ho dovuto ordinarlo 3 volte, ognuna di queste volte le fette erano sempre più sottili e piccole finché all'ultimo ordine mi sono state portate 3 fettine microscopiche e sottili come un foglio di carta sopra ad una foglia di insalata che era più grossa di tutte e 3 le fette messe insieme. Insomma non ci siamo, è chiaro che quando c'è tanta gente diventano lenti ed iniziano ad andare a risparmio di cibo rimpicciolendo le porzioni e questo non è ciò che ci si aspetta da un all you can eat. Fa sentire solo il cliente frustrato e preso in giro Bah. I will try to be objective here. The only good experiences I've had here were when the venue was empty or half-empty. Already when they have 7/8 tables occupied eating in this place you have the feeling of being made fun of. The service becomes disarmingly slow (we have been more than an hour for about ten courses) and the dishes become micro portions. Later, the more you keep ordering because the previous portions were micro, the more they get even smaller. To get a decent amount of sashimi I had to order it 3 times, each of these times the slices were getting thinner and smaller until the last order I was brought 3 microscopic and thin slices like a sheet of paper on top of a leaf of salad that was thicker than all 3 slices combined. In short, we are not there, it is clear that when there are many people they become slow and start saving food by reducing portions and this is not what is expected from an all you can eat. It just makes the customer feel frustrated and made fun of

Per darvi un'idea avevamo scelto la formula all you can eat e solo dopo aver ordinato ci è stato detto che era finito l'avocado (l'avocado!!) ed erano terminati anche altri tipi di pesce presenti nel menù. Erano appena le 21:45. In pratica abbiamo pagato un giapponese all you can eat per mangiarci solo il salmone. Edamame fredde e senza sale. Salsa di soia dimenticata (l'abbiamo dovuta chiedere ai cameriere quelle 3.4 volte..) . Un disastro totale. Davvero un peccato perché la location è molto carina. Si trova ad angolo e affaccia sulla piazzetta principale e su una porzione di verde. Spero davvero che questo commento contribuisca a non far andare gente nel locale e a farlo fallire, così da dare opportunità a imprenditori seri che hanno volontà e capacità di investire in un'attività in questo quartiere così bello. It was just 9:45 pm. Basically we paid a Japanese all you can eat to eat only the salmon. Edamame cold and without salt. Forgotten soy sauce (we had to ask the waitresses those 3.4 times ..). A total disaster. Really a shame because the location is very nice. It is located on a corner and overlooks the main square and a portion of greenery. I really hope this comment contributes to not letting people go into the club and making it fail, so as to give opportunities to serious entrepreneurs who have the will and ability to invest in a business in this beautiful neighborhood. Uno dei miei preferiti ❣️? Excellent service, very nice and clean room, very nice particular equipment, table service, all you can eat menu with women's discount for midweek dinner. Il menù all you can eat (come tutti o quasi) non fa gridare al miracolo, ma è molto vario e accettabile. I prezzi sono in linea con la zona. The place is very nice, furnished in a modern and pleasant way. The all you can eat menu (like all or almost all) does not make a miracle cry, but it is very varied and acceptable. Prices are in line with the area.
