C	Cristiano Pane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: escludendo il personale in reception che si è sempre comportato con molta cortesia e professionalità, per il resto, con grande dispiacere, evidenzio la totale incapacità da parte dell’amministrazione e del personale in vasca di gestire con cortesia i clienti. Gli spazi non sempre sono puliti. Le corsie del nuoto libero (che per altro sono molto strette perché ne è stata ricavata una in più di quelle previste per una piscina come la loro) sono spesso affollatissime (ci si trova troppe volte in quattro o addirittura cinque). L’acqua, visto l’alto numero di occupanti, non è mai pulitissima ed è alta la presenza di sospensione, capelli ed altro non meglio identificabile materiale. Per 8 volte su 10 sono entrato con un computer da nuoto gommato. Alla nona una assistente di vasca mai vista prima e con un atteggiamento veramente poco educato, mi ha sfilato dalla vasca dicendomi che non potevo continuare con il computer al polso. Nel frattempo nessuno, da quando frequento questa piscina, controlla se tutti quelli che entrano in acqua (soprattutto quelli dei corsi) fanno la doccia prima di entrare in vasca.... Faccio nuoto da molti anni e solo per rilassarmi, non per contare le vasche e i tempi. Ecco perché uso il “pericolosissimo computer” Quindi decido di andarmene. In reception chiedo la restituzione del valore delle 2 entrate non utilizzate ma l’amministrazione si oppone alla restituzione dei soldi. Pessima esperienza. Non consiglio a nessuno di sperimentarla. Awful Experience: excluding personnel in reception who has always behaved with great courtesy and professionalism, for the rest, with great regret, I highlight the utter failure by the administration and the staff in the tank to handle politely customers. The spaces are not always clean. The lanes of the free swimming (which otherwise are very narrow because it is been created in more than those required for a pool like them) are often overcrowded (there is too many times in four or even five). Water, given the high number of occupants, is never very clean and the presence of suspension, hair and other unidentifiable material is high. 8 times out of 10 I entered with a rubberized swimming computer. At the ninth a bathtub assistant never seen before and with a very unpolite attitude, she took me out of the bathtub telling me that I could not continue with the computer on my wrist. Meanwhile anyone, since I frequent this pool, check if all those who enter the water (especially those of the courses) are taking a shower before entering the pool .... I swim for many years and just to relax, not to count tanks and times. That's why I use the "very dangerous computer" So I decide to leave. At the reception I ask for the return of the value of the 2 unused revenue but the administration is opposed to the return of the money. Very bad experience. I do not recommend anyone to experience it.

Clean and very well organized pool. Good instructors. The supervision of the boss Simona is never lacking, who is always present and available. Well done!

Il pomeriggio è affollatissimo di giovanissimi che fanno attività. Dai più piccoli ai più grandi, è un posto dove ognuno trova la propria dimensione. Really well placed swimming pool, sports center for children and adults. The changing rooms are well organized and very clean. The afternoon is very crowded with very young people doing activities. From the smallest to the largest, it is a place where everyone finds their own dimension.

Grande attenzione all'ingresso per procedure anticovid (misurazione febbre, verifica green pass, n. di cellulare per eventuali comunicazioni). Campo di pallacanestro molto curato, parquet in perfette condizioni. La squadra ha pure vinto, giocando molto bene, per cui tutto perfetto. Very elegant exclusive sports center. Great attention is paid to the entrance for anticovid procedures (fever measurement, green pass verification, mobile phone number for any communications). Well-kept basketball court, parquet in perfect condition. The team also won, playing very well, so everything was perfect.
