★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onestissimo: dopo lo scoppio di una gomma in autostrada sono arrivato e mi ha consigliato al meglio mentre mi cambiava la ruota. Il prezzo mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta, in positivo ovviamente.
Very honest: after the burst of a tire on the highway I arrived and recommended me as best as I could to change the wheel. The price has left me speechless, obviously positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado e chiedo due batterie per il mio robbotino karcher sono batterie al litio da 6 volt banali lui dice che costano un botto circa 350 /400 ma deve controllare ,aggiunge che li sta vendendo nuovi i robottini pulitori a 700 euro ,io insisto nel chiedere il costo delle batterie lui
smanetta sul compiuter per 15 minuti e non trova niente gli faccio osservare che su ebay si trovano a 35 euro lui mi dice che le ha solo lui perché è l'assistenza autorizzata a questo punto mi dice che sono un maleducato e mi mette alla porta .
Telefono alla assistenza karcher e udite non le aveva trovate perché non sono sol listino
ora rimango senza parole ! Meglio, purtroppo andare alla assistenza di Lucca !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivato con un pneumatico danneggiato, 45 minuti dopo ripartivo con coppia di gomme nuove. Sembra una cosa normale ma siamo al 19 agosto in Versilia. E non mi hanno rapinato. Sono stato cortesi, professionali, e hanno sempre indossato la mascherina. Gente ok.
Arriving with a damaged tire, 45 minutes later I set off again with a pair of new tires. It seems normal but we are on August 19th in Versilia. And they didn't rob me. I was courteous, professional, and always wore a mask. Ok people.
