Ho acquistato online due pneumatici usati con battistrada dichiarato 6mm e anno 2017.
Arrivati dopo 3 giorni allo scarico dal corriere li misuro e controllo il battistrada è 4mm.
Li mando indietro, e dopo mezz'ora vengo chiamato al cellulare da una persona che si qualifica con il nome della loro società e mi chiede il perché non ho accettato spedizione, dò le motivazioni sopra elencate e alla fine vengo anche insultato con parole offensive.
SUL LAVORO CI VUOLE SERIETÀ ED EDUCAZIONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo essere onesto mi sono affidata a loro allettato dai prezzi che si Effettivamente sono abbastanza buoni ma ahimé purtroppo ho avuto un amara esperienza ho avuto dei danni ai cerchioni e non solo non sono stato ascoltato Ma sono stato anche trattato in malo modo e insultato E per poco non veniva alle mani quando i danno era palesemente evidente, ho dovuto solo pagare.... la persona con cui ho avuto a che fare non è stata né garbata né educata e tanto meno professionale non so se questo signore rumeno o albanese era il titolare ma consiglio vivamente di non lavorare al pubblico perché non è assolutamente il lavoro che fa per lui , quando si lavora si può sbagliare però bisognerebbe anche ammettere i propri errori e cercare di rimediare perché non ci dimentichiamo che Io sono il cliente e ti ho scelto tra altri quindi ho posto la mia fiducia in te che invece ti sei rivelato assolutamente un cafone è un professionista assolutamente inadeguato e improvvisato, Questo è il classico esempio di quando il prezzo fa la differenza. A cosa è servito fare questo a cosa è servito insultarmi e trattarmi male?
