Altrimenti per me erano 10!!!!!!..auto in panne, con perdita di acqua vistosa, quindi difetto radiatore, ero nel panico! In una città che non è la mia.. Chiamato per soccorso stradale, arrivati in brevissimo tempo, e giunti in officina mi diagnosticano il guasto e chiamano subito per avere il pezzo di ricambio.. In breve, tra la telefonata per il soccorso e la riparazione passa appena un ora o poco più!! Che dire se non BRAVISSIMI!! ancora grazie al signor Stefano Campanelli per il tempestivo soccorso, e un grande grazie al signor Emanuele che ha curato la mia auto.. Cortesia, professionalità, attenzione alle esigenze del cliente.. TOP!! ?
Absolutely the TOP! ... I gave 5 stars because more is not possible ... Otherwise for me they were 10 !!!!!! .. car broke down, with conspicuous water loss, therefore radiator defect, I was in a panic ! In a city that is not mine .. Called for roadside assistance, arrived in a very short time, and when they arrived at the workshop they diagnose the fault and call immediately to have the spare part .. In short, between the emergency call and the repair takes just an hour or so !! What can I say if not VERY GOOD !! thanks again to Mr. Stefano Campanelli for the timely rescue, and a big thanks to Mr. Emanuele who took care of my car .. Courtesy, professionalism, attention to customer needs .. TOP !! ?
