Un mobilificio a gestione familiare.
Martina , la titolare, è una ragazza molto competente e piena di sorrisi.
Ho acquistato diversi mobili da loro mesi addietro e sono molto soddisfatto, sia della scelta che del montaggio.
Prezzi onesti e proporzionati alla qualità.
Ritengo, per esperienza, che questi validi mobilifici, siano un'esperienza di acquisto più umana rispetto alle grandi fabbriche quali ikeA e mondoconvenienza.

A family-run furniture factory.
Martina, the owner, is a very competent girl and full of smiles.
I bought several pieces of furniture from them months ago and I am very satisfied with both the choice and the assembly.
Honest prices and proportionate to the quality.
From experience, I believe that these valid furniture factories are a more humane purchasing experience than large factories such as ikeA and mondoconvenienza.

Oggi mio dubbio e perplessità sono stati chiari e veloci a trovare la soluzione. Grazie tantissimo e se avete intenzione di arredare CASA Ve lo consiglio
After a problem with my new kitchen (manufacturing defect) I notified the furniture factory and today I really have to say that ARREDAMENTI DI BATISTA are HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND QUALIFIED people. Poca attenzione al cliente.
Ho comprato da loro una cucina Stosa ed il forno è stato montato male, nonostante abbia segnalato subito con mail e foto il problema, non se ne sono preoccupati, dopo 2 mesi e solo perché ho comprato altro pezzo della cucina, sono tornati a montare correttamente il forno.
Il bancone della cucina mi hanno assicurato che poteva essere montato più alto per adattarlo ai miei sgabelli e invece non è stato possibile.
Non consiglio questo mobilificio
Poor competence and in order to sell they provide wrong information.
Little attention to the customer.
I bought a Stosa kitchen from them and the oven was badly assembled, although I immediately reported the problem with email and photos, they did not worry about it, after 2 months and only because I bought another piece of the kitchen, they went back to assemble correctly the oven.
The kitchen counter assured me it could be mounted higher to fit my stools and instead it was not possible.
I do not recommend this furniture factory

i ragazzi che consegnano i mobili sono puntuali e cortesi non potevo che chiedere di meglio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative,,solitamente perdo il mio tempo per gratificare chi lo merita, in questo caso vorrei essere solidale con chi va a comprare i mobili di casa e si vede trattato con personaggi che non sanno cosa vuol dire "cliente". I mobili sono belli, ma con poca scelta, showroom piccolo, tutto su catalogo! A luglio ordino la cucina, e a novembre un giorno mentre sono al lavoro, insegnante di sostegno, mi chiamano per dirmi che il camion era sotto casa mia per scaricare!!!!!! Ovviamente l l'appuntamento lo avevano fissato da soli! In casa al montaggio hanno lasciato persino scotch imballaggio sui pensili, inoltre il personale nel negozio seppur falsamente gentile fa ciò che vuole, mentre il personale che consegna le cucine non fa più montare i pensili, svogliati e sgarbati con quello che fanno pagare le loro preziose cucine io sconsiglio di acquistare poiché non seguono per nulla il cliente. Pessima esperienza
Good evening, I don't usually leave negative reviews, I usually waste my time to gratify those who deserve it, in this case I would like to be in solidarity with those who go to buy home furniture and are treated with characters who do not know what "customer means" ". The furniture is beautiful, but with little choice, small showroom, all on catalog! In July I order the kitchen, and in November one day while I'm at work, support teacher, they call me to tell me that the truck was under my house to unload !!!!!! Obviously they had set the appointment themselves! In the assembly house they even left packing tape on the wall units, furthermore the staff in the shop, albeit falsely polite, does what they want, while the staff who deliver the kitchens no longer have the wall units mounted, listless and rude with what they charge their precious kitchens I do not recommend buying as they do not follow the customer at all. Bad experience
