P	Paolo Lazzarini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tratta di forre create a partire da 250.000.000 di anni dall'erosione del calcare tra il Monte Fiengi e il Corvo dei Sibillini. Potrebbe assomigliare alle vicine gole di Frasassi o del torrente Burano e la loro bellezza è notevole. La zona è anche ricca di grotte usate dai Frati Camaldolesi nel Medioevo e recentemente dalla resistenza antifascista. Vicino si trovano anche e le famose "Lame Rosse", effimere formazioni di scaglie di breccia rossa. Per visitarle si parcheggia a fianco della diga del Lago di Fiastra, da dove parte il percorso che se completo consta di circa 1000 metri totali di dislivello che di può fare in 4 ore comode, ma evitando le grotte degli eremiti è molto più facile e ben tenuto. Bisogna però ricordarsi di portare dei sandali o ciabatte di plastica perché il torrente si può attraversare solo dentro l'acqua, anche se non è particolarmente scivoloso o freddo bisogna usare cautela e l'acqua dovrebbe non superare il ginocchio perchè se lo supera la corrente potrebbe essere troppo forte, altrimenti e meglio rimandare la gita nelle gole e fermarsi al lago di Fiastre magari a fare una gita in Kayak o prendere il sole. These are ravines created starting at 250,000,000 years from the erosion of limestone between Mount Fiengi and the Crow of the Sibillini. It may resemble the nearby gorges of Frasassi or the Burano stream and their beauty is remarkable. The area is also rich in caves used by the Camaldolese Friars in the Middle Ages and recently by the anti-fascist resistance. Nearby are also the famous "Lame Rosse", ephemeral formations of red breccia scales. To visit them, park next to the dam of Lake Fiastra, from where the path that if complete consists of about 1000 total meters of difference in height that you can do in 4 hours comfortable, but avoiding the caves of hermits is much easier and well held. f	francesco giubileo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima passeggiata,o escursione che sia. Scarponi e ciabatte,per camminare nell'acqua e sul sentiero,al bisogno. Qualche anno fa il greto del torrente era soggetto a manutenzione, quindi era pulito e praticabile. Ora i rovi e le frasche incombono ovunque, e il tutto è un po' lasciato a sé stesso. Buona la segnaletica. Nel complesso dà l'idea di un posto poco curato, insomma ci si rende conto che non siamo in Trentino Alto Adige. Beautiful walk, or hike it may be. Boots and slippers, to walk in the water and on the path, as needed. A few years ago the river bed was subject to maintenance, so it was clean and practicable. Now the brambles and branches loom everywhere, and the whole is somewhat left to itself. Good signage. Overall it gives the idea of an uncared for place, in short, we realize that we are not in Trentino Alto Adige.
D	Daniele Massaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contesto naturalistico meraviglioso....dopo avere preso il sentiero che dalla diga porta alle lame Rosse ci siamo incamminati verso destra e siamo scesi nelle gole...percorso fantastico quasi completamente in acqua...non adatto a tutti! ci tornerò! Wonderful naturalistic context .... after taking the path that leads from the dam to the Red blades we walked to the right and went down into the gorges ... fantastic path almost completely in the water ... not suitable for everyone! I will be back!
