★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci tenevo a complimentarmi con la ragazza che oggi mi ha servito...il negozio è abbastanza ampio e lei era sola. Inoltre all'interno del negozio c'erano anche altre persone e lei doveva tenere d'occhio chi entrava, come entrava (intendo numerosità, mascherina, uso disinfettante...). Ciononostante è riuscita ad ascoltare di cosa avevo bisogno, consigliarmi, cercare disponibilità in magazzino e pure proporre alternative. Il tutto con un grande sorriso (con gli occhi...). Brava bravissima!!!
