★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni di estrema soddisfazione per le calze in microfibra da uomo Pompea, sono incappato in una allettante offerta per cui ne ho comprate 12 paia. Il risultato è stato che oltre il 50% delle calze era bucato in più punti. Mi sono lamentato e mi è stato risposto che non ho saputo aprire correttamente le confezioni e quindi ho danneggiato i calzini.
Ho 60 anni: ne avrò viste di confezioni di calzini ?!
Pessimo comportamento dell'azienda che, evidentemente, ignora cosa sia la serietà e, soprattutto, la reputazione.

Dopo un mese di scambi di messaggi e molta documentazione fotografica delle malfatture da me lamentate (anche sulla pianta del piede) l'azienda mi ha inviato 6 paia di calze nuove.
Cambio la precedente valutazione (1 stella) in 4 stelle (non 5 perché era palese che le mie lamentele fossero fondate e l'azienda avrebbe dovuto assumere immediatamente le proprie responsabilità)
After years of great satisfaction with Pompea men's microfiber socks, I stumbled upon a tempting offer for which I bought 12 pairs. The result was that more than 50% of the socks were punctured in multiple places. I complained and was told that I did not know how to open the packages correctly and therefore I damaged my socks.
I am 60 years old: will I have seen any packs of socks?!
Bad behavior of the company which, evidently, ignores what seriousness is and, above all, reputation.

After a month of exchanging messages and a lot of photographic documentation of the malfunctions I complained about (also on the sole of my foot) the company sent me 6 pairs of new socks.
I change the previous rating (1 star) to 4 stars (not 5 because it was clear that my complaints were well founded and the company should have assumed its responsibilities immediately)

Esperienza pessima, non tornerò più in questo negozio pompea, peccato.
Staff absolutely rude and out of line, despite being also a lady of a certain age. Rude enough to make me leave the shop after just entering.
