★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel locale, piccolo ma curato nei dettagli. Il cibo è tutto di ottima qualità e si vede e si sente quando mangi. La cucina in parte a vista rende ancor più piacevole l attesa. Veramente eccellenti i risotti che meriterebbero un plauso a chi li ha pensati e preparati. Veramente ottimo posto.
Nice place, small but with attention to detail. The food is all of excellent quality and it shows and feels when you eat. The partially open kitchen makes waiting even more pleasant. The risottos are truly excellent and deserve praise from those who have conceived and prepared them. Really great place.

In Sostanza propone una selezione di salumi, un piatto di assaggi di formaggi, dei crostoni, una gran varietà di tartare e di risotti. Non è facile scegliere perché sia le materie prime che la presentazione dei piatti, a partire dalle descrizioni del menù, è sopraffina. Se siete indecisi su cosa prendere assaggiate almeno una tartare perché la carne è della macelleria Falcini di Pontorme!

Il menù è molto curato e ben fatto, il tutto condito da ottimi vini, cordialità, simpatia e professionalità del personale. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità del servizio e delle materie prime. Tutto di primissima qualità. Sicuramente, torneremo.
