O	Oronzo Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspettavo un pacco contenente medicinali ma il giorno prefissato per la consegna giunge un'email con la quale viene comunicato che la consegna non è andata a buon fine. Stupito, contatto il corriere, il quale conferma tutto ciò, dicendo di aver suonato a due campanelli riportanti il cognome......, non constatando la mia esistenza. Peccato, però, che nel condominio esistono 3 famiglie con lo stesso cognome ma con nomi diversi. Sarebbe bastato leggere il nome e non solo il cognome e suonare al campanello giusto. Tutto semplice per chi esercita quella professione. Ora dovrò attendere e sperare che venga letto il mio nome. Faccio una prova del campanello, verificando la sua funzionalità. Tutto assurdo ma vero. I was expecting a package containing medicines but on the day fixed for delivery an email arrives with which it is communicated that the delivery was not successful. Amazed, I contact the courier, who confirms all this, saying that he has rung two bells bearing the surname ......, not realizing my existence. Too bad, however, that in the condominium there are 3 families with the same surname but with different names. It would have been enough to read the name and not just the surname and ring the right bell. All simple for those who practice that profession. Now I'll have to wait and hope my name is read. I do a test of the doorbell, verifying its functionality. All absurd but true.

Scorretti, non aspettano neanche un secondo dopo aver suonato al citofono, se telefonano e gli dai delle indicazioni scappano. Sconsigliati They simply have to be ashamed of doing this job! Nel mio.pacco ci sono cose per il mio nipotino quindi un bimbo aspetta per i vostri disservizi. Pessimi Impossible to talk to them. I've always been at home and they said no one was there twice. Se non si trova l'indirizzo, i dipendenti hanno anche il contatto telefonico del destinatario. Vergogna! Iniziate ad essere una azienda seria e smettetela di fare i furbi. Employees so useless and unwilling to work that even if they do not deliver the package (expected yesterday), they notify "unknown recipient". Zero professionalità, corrieri pessimi.. Ovviamente segnalare il tutto a chi si affida a questi ignoranti per le consegne. I was expecting a package today, the whole family are at home, and by email I was informed that the recipient was absent. Zero professionalism, bad couriers .. Obviously report everything to those who rely on these ignorant for deliveries.
