Nel momento di ordinare e mettere nel sacchetto da asporto il cornetto tutto bene, poi arriva la collega del gentile ragazzo che mi stava servendo e gli dice:" Il cornetto marmellata chiara me lo hai messo via vero?". Ovviamente era quello che avevo preso io. Il fatto che mi ha lasciata basita è che si è permessa di dirmi seriamente e con faccia e tono scocciati: " eh no, mi dispiace...", mentre iniziava a riaprire il mio sacchetto con il cornetto per riprenderselo!!! A quel punto, quasi senza parole, ho contestato educatamente e anche in maniera scherzosa dicendo che non mangiavo nient'altro delle cose rimaste lì e che di certo non passavo tutti i giorni a "rubarle" la colazione preferita. Lei mi borbotta sottovoce una risposta maleducata, come lei e mi concede infine di tenere il cornetto! Ma quanta generosità! Vengo da alcuni anni di lavoro al bar e mai mi sarei sognata di trattare un cliente così! Non è stato un'atteggiamento neanche educato, figuriamoci professionale! Allontanare la nuova clientela, lo stai facendo nel modo giusto! Such a thing has never happened !! I am referring ONLY to the part of the BAR where I stopped by for a take away breakfast. When I order and put the croissant in the takeaway bag, everything is fine, then the colleague of the kind boy who was serving me arrives and says: "You put the clear jam croissant away for me, didn't you?". Obviously that was what I had taken. The fact that left me stunned is that she allowed herself to tell me seriously and with an annoyed face and tone: "eh no, I'm sorry ...", while she began to reopen my bag with the croissant to take it back !!! At that point, almost speechless, I politely and even jokingly objected, saying that I didn't eat anything else of the things left there and that I certainly didn't spend every day "stealing" her favorite breakfast. She mutters a rude answer to me in a low voice, like her, and finally allows me to keep the croissant! But what generosity! I have been working in the bar for a few years and I never dreamed of treating a customer like this! It wasn't even a polite attitude, let alone professional! Drive away new clientele, you're doing it the right way!
