Personale poco cortese e sbrigativo, alla cassa hanno sempre una fretta incredibile (non ti guardano nemmeno in faccia). Ottimo il reparto biancheria e accessori letto. Багато не видно, а щоб подивитись треба дістати з полки всі сумки і тримати в руках, бо покласти нікуди.... Nice, big store. With a choice of clothes and shoes. But also many products of low quality. Personale sempre cortese, anche se fondamentalmente è un negozio self service in cui devi scavare un po' per trovare quello che ti piace. Ieri ho avuto una spiacevole esperienza. Ho pagato i miei acquisti e la cassiera mi ha dato come resto una banconota da 20 euro ridotta come un cencio e incollata con il nastro adesivo. L'ha dovuta cercare nella cassa per darmela, non era nemmeno in cima alla pila. Ho chiesto di averne una in buono stato (mi serviva per fare benzina e il self service è abbastanza schizzinoso), prima ha rifiutato "perché aveva già chiuso la cassa" e poi me l'ha quasi lanciata contro. Un ampio parcheggio, comodo per qualsiasi problematica di deambulazione più un parcheggio sotterraneo garantiscono alla clientela una comoda visita al punto vendita. Il locale è grandissimo, suddiviso in zone e "sottozone".. L'intimo tanto per fare un esempio è suddiviso in intimo per donna, per uomo e per bambino. E così per tutti gli altri settori.. Calzature, sport, abbigliamento etc etc. L'offerta è molto ampia e abbraccia un po tutte le esigenze e le tasche.. Ovviamente la qualità va di pari passo.. Sono esposti anche brand importanti in particolare nell'area sport, mentre un discreto spazio (in prossimità delle casse) è dedicato alla valigeria. Quello che mi piace è l'ampia scelta anche se questo non necessariamente significa trovare ciò che si cerca.. E il settore bimbi dove si possono trovare cose davvero carine. È apprezzabile anche il settore sportivo specialmente nelle calzature.. Non mi piace invece il modo di esporre la merce, infilata in ogni spazio disponibile a discapito della visibilità.. È poi non mi piace la troppa "cineseria".. Ma in questo caso basta non acquistarla e il problema è risolto..
