Ho chiesto cosa fosse uno strumento in vendita nel negozioche nonnsi capiva bene qiale fosse il suo utilizzo, lei non lo sapeva, ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiarlo nel caso non fosse quello che pensavo e lei con un'arroganza unica mi ha detto no, l ha rimesso a posto e se n'è andata.
Chinese staff very kind and helpful unlike the only Italian employee, a certain Maria who was more interested in talking to her friends than in following customers.
I asked what was a tool for sale in the shop that I didn't understand well what its use was, she didn't know, I asked if it was possible to change it if it wasn't what I thought and she with a unique arrogance told me no, l she put it back and left.
