Ottimo il pranzo preparato dalla moglie che è uno chef. Esperienza da fare anche con i bimbi, vale veramente la pena. Really good experience, excellent ride among the aromas guided by the owner as well as prepared also nice. Great lunch prepared by his wife who is a chef. Experience to do even with children, it's really worth it.

Il tutto condito con la simpaticissima ironia di chi gestisce il vivaio. abituato agli aromi della sicilia ne incarna in particolar modo l'essenza della zona del ragusano. Consigliato?.... sii..... I loaded in the car some jars of marjoram and one of perennial basil together with two onions of Giarratana ... I went down to buy some cheeses, provola and caciocavallo, I got back in the car and the mixture of perfumes was such that I ate the self. Di sicuro un bel progetto diverso da tanti altri e più rivolto al piacere olfattivo e del gusto delle persone oltre che a quello della bellezza. Wonderful place even if difficult to reach! Certainly a beautiful project different from many others and more aimed at the olfactory pleasure and taste of people as well as that of beauty.

Enrico is a great host, entertaining and so knowledgeable about all the plants he is growing. He has a passion to share this knowledge about herbs and other plants to help you improve your diet, your garden, and your health. He is full of interesting and funny stories about Sicily, his business, and himself. The property is lovely. There is a huge area roofed with passion fruit vines that offers a cool refuge on a hot Sicilian morning. The views down the hillside to the Mediterranean are gorgeous. If you are a gardener or a foodie, this is well worth a stop. Even if you aren't, you would still enjoy visiting gli Aromi!

We also enjoyed a lovely lunch with delicious teas and wine. If you are in the Syracuse area of Sicily I strongly recommend that you make the trip. Check the website and see what’s going on and make a reservation. You won’t be disappointed.
