Personale molto cordiale e disponibili a dare consigli utili. Ottimo il fatto di prendere appuntamento. Durante la settimana fanno promozioni davvero convenienti. Soprattutto da donna. Very professional, welcoming environment and value for money. They use hair products with reliable and quality lines. Staff very friendly and willing to give useful advice. Great to make an appointment. During the week they do really cheap promotions. Especially as a woman.

Leggevo le recensioni e parevano fossero positive, ed è questo che mi aveva spinto a prenotare. Ma ho potuto constatare che non sono per niente seri e sono soprattutto poco professionali. Pessimo. I had booked at 5.30pm, once I got there, the appointment was postponed and it happened twice in a row. I read the reviews and they seemed to be positive, and that's what pushed me to book. But I could see that they are not serious at all and are above all unprofessional. Very bad.

Più volte in tanti luoghi d'Italia mi è capitato di andare dal parrucchiere senza fare per forza la piega ma mai ho ricevuto una reazione tale: scorbutico e arrogante. Non so come si faccia a fare così; avete perso un potenziale cliente. I happened to pass here on my way back from the beach and thought I could have my hair washed there (paying as it should be) but apparently it wasn't good because I didn't want the blow dry. Several times in many places in Italy I happened to go to the hairdresser without necessarily doing the fold but I have never received such a reaction: grumpy and arrogant. I don't know how to do that; you have lost a potential customer.
E	Emma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente incapaci, la tinta mi ha letteralmente rovinato i capelli, le ho chiesto di non volere il mogano mi ha fatto un marrone che al sole è proprio mogano,gli ho chiesto un taglio scalato ma non corto e non è stato in grado di farlo, solo una spuntatina ed ho pagato come se fosse un taglio. La piega lhanno fatto in meno di 5 minuti ed essendo riccia mi è durata poco e niente. Non ve lo consiglio affatto, almeno quello di porto d'ascoli.
