★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il gelato sarebbe da 4 stelle, ma diminuiscono a 2 perché non é possibile servire i coni a mani nude, o meglio prendere il cono e solo dopo avvolgerci intorno un tovagliolino. Stessa cosa per le cialdine o conetti di guarnizione. Addirittura i cucchiaini per le coppette sono sciolti e non incartati. COVID a parte non è igienico fare ciò. Peccato perché il gelato merita veramente

Same thing for wafers or topping cones. Even the spoons for the cups are loose and not wrapped. COVID aside it is not hygienic to do this. Too bad because the ice cream really deserves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il barista molto cortese e disponibile, il ragazzo dei tavoli nn educato, ci ha fatto alzare dai tavoli perché avendo preso 1 frappe e 2 yogurt nn si puo sedere,
sul tavolo c'è un cartello con scritto che può essere usato per coppe gelato e caffetteria.
Passano 2 minuti una coppia si siede a consumare un cono gelato, nessuno dice nulla, vai in bagno e senti il personale che sgnignazza sull'accaduto....

Avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse che poco prima di andare via abbiamo visto il cameriere pulire il cestino (e subito ho pensato 'wow puliscono addirittura il cestino') e poi subito pulire un tavolo. Con la stessa pezza, bagnata forse con acqua o forse con qualche altro prodotto (che però non aveva con sé) senza risciacquarla o disinfettarla.
Mi spiace perché comunque è un bel locale

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that just before leaving we saw the waiter cleaning the bin (and immediately I thought 'wow they even clean the bin') and then immediately cleaning a table. With the same cloth, perhaps wet with water or perhaps with some other product (which, however, he did not have with him) without rinsing or disinfecting it.
