Arrivata li mi dicono che non posso usufruire del servizio per cui ho pagato in quanto problematiche loro interne con Uala. Avrebbero dovuto in ogni caso erogare il servizio per cui ho pagato e poi gestire la loro problematica con Uala internamente. Pessima gestione del cliente, non li consiglierò a nessuno. Very bad experience to say the least incompetent in managing a critical issue. I book through Uala and pay for a service. Once there they tell me that I cannot use the service I paid for as they have internal problems with Uala. In any case they should have provided the service I paid for and then manage their issue with Uala internally. Bad customer management, I will not recommend them to anyone.

All'arrivo ho notato che i prezzi sulla porta erano stati cancellati, non corretti, e non ho pensato di chiedere se c'era stato qualche rincaro. La sorpresa l'ho avuta alla cassa quando mi è stato chiesto di pagare 18 euro per la piega e 1 euro per l'utilizzo di qualche goccia olio di argan. Credo che qualsiasi siano le tariffe che un salone decide di applicare ai propri clienti, la chiarezza sia sempre una delle qualità di un professionista e purtroppo in questo caso è mancata. Non tornerò, ma spero che la mia esperienza possa servire affinchè affiggano i prezzi alla porta o in un posto visibile.
