La terza volta leggono il QR code ma poi dicono che è in magazzino?!?! Il bello è che risulta ritirato l'oggetto, ma in effetti non lo possiedo! Mi ha assicurato che non sarebbe successo nulla usando una sola decolorazione. Bene, sono andata lì e alcune ragazze hanno pensato ai miei capelli. La decolorazione da ignorante in materia, non so quanto andrebbe tenuta. Mi è stato detto massimo venti minuti. Soprattutto nel mio caso. Invece mi è stata tenuta quasi un'ora. Sono rientrata a casa con i capelli gialli e completamente bruciati. Ora sto cercando di sistemarli ma ogni ciocca è totalmente bruciata e mi hanno detto che è stato un miracolo che abbia ancora i capelli in testa. Io capisco tutto ma non si fa così. Non ho mai avuto dei bei capelli ma dopo quel giorno mi vergognavo anche ad uscire di casa. I went to change color. Fatte le schiariture vado al lavaggio, mi mettono il tonalizzante e così via. Dopodiché passo all’asciugatura, mentre mi asciuga, la ragazza, nota la mia faccia perplessa e non soddisfatta, mi chiede se andavano bene i capelli, gli dico che la tonalità di biondo era molto fredda e non calda come avevo espressamente richiesto. Mi rimanda al lavaggio e mi mette di nuovo un tonalizzante in fretta e furia. All’asciugatura leggermente più caldi erano… quindi decido di tornare a casa. (Avevo trascorso 4 ore in salone ne avevo abbastanza). Dopo qualche lavaggio fatto a casa noto che il mio biondo risulta essere totalmente a chiazze e non omogeneo e ovviamente freddo! Per non parlare dei miei ciuffi davanti totalmente spezzati dalla decolorazione fatta malissimo! Professionalità? Non direi. Bad experience.
