★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho dovuto sperimentare in più occasioni la maleducazione incredibile delle commesse,peraltro totalmente gratuita e non solo nei miei confronti...supponenti e intolleranti persino con un anziano signore in difficoltà nel comunicare un codice dal cellulare. Inqualificabili! Peccato per la libreria
 Unfortunately I have had to experience on several occasions the incredible rudeness of the orders, which is totally free and not only towards me ... opinionated and intolerant even with an elderly man in difficulty in communicating a code from his mobile phone. Unspeakable! Too bad for the library

The bookshop deserves all the stars just for the effort it is taking to stay in such a bleak environment (of the shopping center)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora che ho trovato dietro la cassa è risultata davvero scortese. Sono arrivato alle 19:35 per ritirare un pacco Amazon (essendo loro un Amazon Locker) e la signora molto scocciata mi dice che avrei dovuto arrivare prima. Quindi le dico che Amazon indica che alle 20:00 il Locker chiude, ma lei, con fare sarcastico, mi indica il centro commerciale (a dire "non vedi che stiamo solo noi e dunque mi tocca chiudere!?") ribadendo che "la prossima volta non mi aspetterà" con queste precise parole e quindi le suggerisco di chiedere ad Amazon di cambiare l'orario del suo Locker. La signora mi guarda con aria spavalda e sbuffando, mi dà il pacco (senza neanche controllare che fossi io Pasquale Sibona e senza guardarmi in faccia!) e salutandomi con fare molto ma molto sgorbutico e maleducato. Mi chiedo "ma è così difficile comportarsi bene con il cliente?", specie se quest'ultimo è stato molto cortese ed in orario. Non sono solito scrivere recensioni negative ma qui abbiamo dato proprio spettacolo, in negativo. Ho appena letto dalle recensioni che non sono il primo ad aver avuto tale trattamento, complimenti signora. Mi dispiace solamente per la libreria.
The lady I found behind the counter was found to be really rude. I arrived at 7:35 pm to collect an Amazon package (as they are an Amazon Locker) and the very annoyed lady tells me I should have arrived earlier. So I tell her that Amazon indicates that at 20:00 the Locker closes, but she, sarcastically, points to the shopping center (to say "can't you see it's just us and so I have to close !?") reiterating that "the next time you will not wait for me "with these precise words and therefore I suggest you ask Amazon to change the time of your Locker. The lady looks at me with a bold and snorting air, gives me the package (without even checking that it was me Pasquale Sibona and without looking at me!) And greeting me very, very badly and rude. I wonder "but is it so difficult to behave well with the customer?", Especially if the latter was very courteous and on time. I don't usually write negative reviews but here we put on a show, in negative. I just read from the reviews that I am not the first to have such treatment, congratulations ma'am. I'm only sorry for the library.
