Mi ha impressionato l'assortimento e la cura del cliente . Zona manga fantastica, e poi la vasta scelta su alcuni autori mi ha lasciato di stucco. Bravi tutti. I ragazzi sempre disponibili e gentilissimi, riescono a soddisfare ogni singola richiesta. Sono entrata la prima volta a comprare un libro ora ci entro a comprare anche le penne. Non la cambierei con nessuna. ? This is not my first time shopping in this shop. With each purchase more and more satisfied. The guys are always available and very kind, they are able to satisfy every single request. I went in for the first time to buy a book and now I go in to buy pens as well. I wouldn't trade it for anyone. ?

Parlano tanto di libri per ragazzi ma poi se prendi un libro te lo sconsigliano! Gentili solo con le persone che vogliono. Molto meglio la libreria Mondadori su Via Roma, almeno lì i dipendenti non sono scortesi e si fanno gli affari propri. Cambiateli, altrimenti non verrò più. Meglio quando non c’era alle Spighe. Da oggi non entreró più in questo centro commerciale perchè me ne sono dovuta andare via due volte piangendo. Libreria che non serve a niente, se vuoi un libro devi fargli vedere la carta di identità. Ridicoli. Fateli chiudere!!! Bad experience, I really don't recommend it. È la libreria più brutta in cui io sia mai entrato, iniziando da loro. Non riescono a soddisfare i bisogni dei clienti. L’ho sconsigliata a tutti i miei amici. Evidentemente non capiscono i clienti, sono delle cattive persone scontrose, per nulla gentili. But the people who say the staff are courteous, polite and knowledgeable, what's on their mind! It's the ugliest bookstore I've ever entered, starting with them. They fail to meet customer needs. I have advised against it to all my friends. Obviously they don't understand customers, they are bad, grumpy people, not kind at all.

Non appena sono entrata, un commesso mi ha consigliato dei libri, sono andata a pagare e un altro ancora mi ha fatto la ramanzina chiedendomi bruscamente e con cattiveria di che cosa parlasse il libro che avevo scelto, perché sicuramente non faceva per me e non riuscivo a leggerlo! Sembrava una gara su chi riusciva a perdere prima la cliente. Non ho mai visto persone così veramente. Non entreró mai più in questa libreria. It was a really bad experience. As soon as I entered, a clerk recommended books to me, I went to pay and yet another lectured me abruptly and nastily what the book I had chosen was about, because it certainly wasn't for me and I couldn't. to read it!
