★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho trovato molti titoli, quasi esclusivamente quelli più facilmente vendibili. I consigli degli addetti denunciano una preparazione non particolarmente approfondita. Molto bene per testi commerciali. Dò tre stelle, collocandolo, quindi, in una posizione mediocre.
I haven't found many titles, almost exclusively the most easily salable ones. The advice of the employees denounces a not particularly thorough preparation. Very good for commercial texts. I give it three stars, thus placing it in a mediocre position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per acquistare un libro, mi viene detto che c’è in negozio, che è fra i nuovi arrivi negli scatoloni e che se avessi aspettato 5 minuti me lo avrebbero consegnato. Peccato che hanno fatto cassa per una buona ventina di minuti facendomi passare avanti 6 persone per poi dirmi dopo 10 minuti di ricerca sul computer “al momento non riesco a trovarlo, sono troppi scatoloni”. 30 minuti di attesa e sono tornata a casa senza libro, pur essendo nel negozio.

I went to buy a book, I am told that it is in the store, that it is among the new arrivals in the boxes and that if I had waited 5 minutes they would have delivered it to me. Too bad they made cash for a good twenty minutes making me pass 6 people and then tell me after 10 minutes of searching on the computer "at the moment I can not find it, there are too many boxes". 30 minutes of waiting and I came home without a book, despite being in the shop.
