Le addette alla vendita sono gentili non invadenti e comunque disponibili a consigliare nella lettura, a seconda delle preferenze del cliente. Con la Giunti card è possibile accumulare punti in base agli acquisti ed ottenere piccoli sconti.
 Neighborhood bookshop near the Central Station well stocked, never too crowded which gives the opportunity to browse among the new releases in peace. The sales staff are kind, not intrusive and in any case available to advise in reading, depending on the customer's preferences. La commessa innervosita e spazientita ha detto che di quell’argomento non c’era nulla. L’argomento era le città europee…. Non ho detto nulla per non mettere in soggezione la persona che accompagnavo. Ho solo detto ad alta voce che saremmo andate al Libraccio dove siamo state trattate benissimo, con massimo rispetto e ovviamente siamo uscite con un libro perfetto e un bel sorriso
Bad. If I could give less five. I accompanied a disabled person who was looking for a book of a topic without having an exact title. The innerved and impatient saleswoman said that there was nothing in that argument. The topic was European cities ... I didn't say anything to not put the person I accompanyed in awe. I just said aloud that we would go to the pound where we were treated very well, with a maximum respect and obviously we went out with a perfect book and a beautiful smile
