★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza è veramente mediocre, impasto qualitativamente scarso, parti bruciate e parti non cotte , capisco che sia sabato sera ma si dovrebbe garantire una standard a prescindere da quanto si sia pieni. Il resto della pizza era abbastanza carica di ingredienti ma anche loro niente di che. In sè si fa mangiare ma sicuramente non soddisfa a mio parere.
Cosa peggiore: la cordialità e professionalità di chi risponde al telefono è veramente quasi inesistente.
Prima e ultima volta che ordino qui.
The pizza is really mediocre, dough qualitatively poor, parts burnt and parts not cooked, I understand that it is Saturday night but you should guarantee a standard regardless of how full you are. The rest of the pizza was quite loaded with ingredients but nothing too special either. In itself it is eaten but it certainly does not satisfy in my opinion.
Worst of all: the friendliness and professionalism of those who answer the phone is really almost non-existent.
First and last time I order here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due volte ho preso la pizza da loro e ogni volta rispondono malissimo al telefono. La ragazza che risponde è maleducatissima e arrogante. La pizza era in ritardo di 45 minuti e alla mia chiamata per farlo notare mi risponde “non mi farmi perdere tempo”. Mi dispiace solo per il ragazzo delle consegne che continuava a scusarsi. Un’altra volta si è lamentata per la difficoltà della pizza ordinata e inoltre hanno inviato un kebab crudo, che poi hanno sostituito volendo indietro quello immangiabile.
Mi dispiace perché la pizza non è male, ma con un servizio simile non tornerò sicuramente.

Pizza in ritardo di quasi un'ora e alla mia telefonata per chiedere informazioni a riguardo la ragazza che risponde mi dice testualmente "non farmi perdere tempo" e attacca. L'unica nota positiva è il fattorino che è stato molto gentile e si è scusato del ritardo. Comunque non è la prima volta che la ragazza che risponde al telefono tratta male i clienti. Non ordinerò più da questa pizzeria.
