★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente non qualificati al servizio di gommisti per moto: ho portato un super tenere xt1200z per il cambio pneumatici, ho ritirato la moto e il giorno successivo mi sono accorto che il parafango posteriore era storto. Il bullone che regge il parafango posteriore ma soprattutto il braccio della pinza del freno posteriore era completamente allentato. Torno dal gommista per una verifica ulteriore del lavoro. Mi risponde che effettuerà subito il controllo. PERFETTO. Si presenta con un "set di brugole" per il serraggio dei vari bulloni alche chiedo se non gli servisse una chiave dinamometrica ed il manuale tecnico per sapere a quanto chiudere i bulloni ma risponde: "che lui sa con quanta forza ha svitato pertanto sa con quanta forza stringere". Ora potranno controbattere quello che vogliono ma decisamente non qualificati come gommisti per moto a mio parere. Lamps

Buongiorno, se la casa madre da delle direttive per stringere i bulloni queste non sono così tanto per lasciare ai meccanici spazio di interpretazione in base alla loro esperienza e professionalità, inoltre volendo potevate segnare i bulloni e richiuderli allo stesso punto.
Non è stato neanche un problema di costi aggiuntivi voi avete detto quanto costava la sostituzione ed io ho accettato; usare la chiave dinamometrica implica solo lo sforzo di sapere a quanto stringere i bulloni e girare la manopola di regolazione null’altro. Lasciando spazio alla vostra esperienza e professionalità avete fatto uscire dalla vostra officina una moto con la pinza posteriore completamente allentata, poteva diventare un problema più grosso rispetto a quello di prendersi la briga, prima di accettare un lavoro di scaricare il manuale tecnico da internet e seguire passo passo le indicazioni.

Good morning, if the parent company gives directives to tighten the bolts these are not so much to leave the mechanics room for interpretation based on their experience and professionalism, also if you wanted you could mark the bolts and close them at the same point.
It wasn't even a problem of additional costs, you said how much the replacement cost and I accepted; using the torque wrench only implies the effort to know how fast to tighten the bolts and turn the adjustment knob nothing else. Leaving room for your experience and professionalism, you took a motorcycle out of your workshop with the rear caliper completely loosened, it could become a bigger problem than taking the trouble, before accepting a job to download the technical manual from the internet and follow step by step directions.
