Segnalatomi dal call center mapfre con loro convenzionato hanno effettuato una diagnosi concordata procedendo poi deliberatamente allo smontaggio del pezzo senza che nessuno glielo avesse chiesto e dopo esserci rivolti ad un altra officina con prezzi nettamente più bassi hanno preteso 2 ore di manodopora..specifico che per smontare e rimontare un termostato si impiegherà FORSE un ora. Se fosse l'ultima officina sulla terra mi accontenterei di rimanere con l'auto rotta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puntuali e cordiali nel soccorso... Portato gratuitamente auto alla più vicina officina autorizzata. Essendo assicurato con Axa era compreso nel premio annuale della assicurazione. Il servizio è attivabile con telefonata gratuita al numero verde nazionale. L'operatore gentilmente mi ha spiegato le diverse opzioni per il servizio gratuito di traino del mezzo in avaria. Per fare prima sono riuscito a far salire la auto senza usare il verricello.

Sicuramente lo suggerirò agli amici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimasta bloccata con l'auto a causa della batteria completamente scarica, grazie alla mia assicurazione (Verti) sono riuscita ad ottenere l'intervento dell' assistenza stradale prestato da ACAT.
Il loro operatore (sig. Fabio) si è presentato con celerità sul luogo, e altrettanto velocemente mi ha caricato l'auto, trasportata in officina e, con la sostituzione della batteria altrettanto rapidamente mi è stato consentito di ripartire.
Incredibilmente, il tutto si è risolto in poco più di un'ora e mezza, nell'area milanese e nell'orario di punta del mattino.
Mi è persino riuscito di entrare al lavoro in tempo utile.
Un vero GRAZIE a tutti per l'efficienza e la professionalità dimostrata.
