★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molte realtà positive ci sono talmente vicine che quando poi le scopriamo ci arrabbiamo per non averlo fatto prima. Uno di questi casi è proprio quello dell'assistenza Worwek Folletto/ bimby di Giovanni Tavano a Santa Maria Capua Vetere. Questo negozio, dislocato nei pressi dell'Anfiteatro Romano, resta un po' inosservato perché non molto appariscente e piuttosto piccolo rispetto a qualche altro che, sulla stessa Via Appia o altrove, è ben più appariscente e visibile. Quando poi si entra e si stabilisce un contatto con il sig Tavano, viene fuori una realtà del tutto diversa. La sua competenza, la sua calma, la sua serietà e, soprattutto, la sua onestà, ci fanno capire tante differenze. Il risultato del suo lavoro poi, si vede a lavoro ultimato, quando emerge prepotentemente la sua onestà che in altri casi spesso latita. Un vero piacere scoprire che esistono persone così. Bravo. In tutti i sensi, professionalmente e, soprattutto, dal punto di vista personale. 16/10/2019.
Ho assistito personalmente ad una scena di onestà del sig Tavano solo qualche giorno fa, a dimostrazione di quanto precedentemente affermato. Un cliente ha ritirato un piccolo elettrodomestico lasciato in assistenza perché non funzionanante. Ha chiesto il costo dell'intervento quale fosse e si è sentito rispondere: zero, perché era solamente molto sporco ed intasato e pertanto non funzionava. A lui non sarebbe stato difficile inventare la sostituzione di un pezzo, non l'ha fatto. Questa è onestà pura perché altri centri che vanno per la maggiore, solo per accettare un pezzo in assistenza e fare una diagnosi, chiedono dai 5 ai 15 €!!!! Non si può non rendere pubblico un gesto tanto nobile, simile ad una... Mosca bianca!

I personally witnessed a scene of honesty by Mr Tavano only a few days ago, demonstrating what was previously stated. A customer has picked up a small appliance left in assistance because it is not working. He asked for the cost of the intervention as it was and heard himself answered: zero, because it was only very dirty and clogged and therefore did not work. It would not have been difficult for him to invent a part replacement, he didn't. This is pure honesty because other centers that are popular, only to accept a piece in assistance and make a diagnosis, ask for € 5 to € 15 !!!! One cannot but make public such a noble gesture, similar to a ... white fly!

Consiglio vivamente questo negozio anche per la puntualità sulle consegne di riparazioni. Su tanti problemi avuti con folletto risolti al momento oppure in giornata ma anche con il Bimby TM5 è stato veloce sia nel capire il problema che nel risolverlo. Molto preciso e pulito. Insomma ripeto professionalità disponibilità educazione e convenienza che oggi come oggi non si trovano con altri commercianti. Da non perdere lo consiglio a tutti
