E come la prima sono rimasta stupita dalla sua gentilezza e dalla sua sincerità nel consigliare al cliente e contemporaneamente soddisfare le sue richieste. Anche il resto dello staff è professionale ma allo stesso tempo ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Completamente soddisfatta di questa esperienza in tutti i campi e soprattutto sul risultato finale del taglio e colore dei capelli. 5 stelle meritate in tutto!! This is the second time I go to Giovanni's. And like the first, I was amazed by her kindness and sincerity in advising the client and at the same time satisfying his requests. The rest of the staff are also professional but at the same time make you feel comfortable. Completely satisfied with this experience in all fields and especially on the final result of the cut and hair color. 5 stars you deserve in everything !!
