★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un mini hifi. Ho chiesto che mi venisse aggiustato il lettore cd che non funzionava. Mi è stato restituito non riparato. In più, mi è stato restituito senza radio funzionante, che prima invece funzionava. Persona onesta, ma non ci tornerò. Credo quantomeno che il prodotto bisogna restituirlo almeno pari a come lo si era consegnato.

QUANDO SONO ANDATO A RITIRARE LA MIA, L'HO TROVATA PERFETTAMENTE IMBALLATA CON TUTTI I SUOI COMPONENTI, MI È STATO SPIEGATO NEI DETTAGLI O LAVORI ESEGUITI, MA LA COSA IMPORTANTE È CHE HO RICEVUTO UN ULTERIORE SCONTO SUL PREZZO PREVENTIVATO PERCHÉ HO DOVUTO ASPETTARE PIÙ DEL PREVISTO. De mai nessuno, mi reco in negozio e non trovo mai nessuno se non cartello solito con scritto arrivo tra 20 min circa... Peccato che atte do da più di un ora.... Spero. Di riuscire a riavere il mio elettrodomestico che vorrò provare al momento in quanto non mi fido nemmeno visto il pessimo. Servizio che sto vedendo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile, gli abbiamo dato un ferro da stiro che non ha MAI riparato e anzi si è tenuto lo stesso rifilandoci un altro ferro da stiro (che doveva essere provvisorio) di valore inferiore al mio. Dopo 3 tentativi di "riparazione" retribuiti nonostante il ferro non andasse, a distanza di mesi e innumerevoli chiamate non si è fatto vivo e probabilmente si è rivenduto il mio ferro buono.
Leggendo le recensioni vedo che anche altri hanno avuto lo stesso problema! Mah!
Poi farsi le recensioni da soli dandosi 5 stelle...è veramente poco professionale e poco trasparente!
Terrible experience, we gave him an iron that he NEVER repaired and in fact he kept himself by giving us another iron (which had to be temporary) of lesser value than mine. After 3 attempts at paid "repairs" despite the fact that the iron did not go, after months and countless calls he did not show up and probably resold my good iron.
Reading the reviews I see that others have also had the same problem! Mah!
Then get yourself the reviews giving yourself 5 stars ... it's really unprofessional and not very transparent!
