★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere se avevano 2 profumi , la telefonata è andata così: "salve signora volevo sapere se ha 2 profumi..." al che la signora mi fa "eh veloce signora che ho il negozio pieno di gente" beh forse se mi avessi fatto parlare sarebbe stato professionale e cortese ma vista l'ignoranza andrò a spendere i soldi che avrei speso da lei da un altra parte. Ciao va.
I called to ask if they had 2 perfumes, the phone call went like this: "hi madam I wanted to know if you have 2 perfumes ..." to which the lady tells me "eh quick lady that I have a shop full of people" well maybe if I I had talked it would have been professional and courteous but given the ignorance I will go and spend the money that I would have spent from her elsewhere. Hi go.
