Rimasta a piedi con la macchina, sola, in una città che non è la mia, ho avuto la fortuna di trovare il suo numero su Google e subito, intendo 2 minuti dalla mia chiamata, è arrivato per aiutarmi. Er hat sich das Problem sofort angeschaut, die notwendigen Teile bestellt und schon am nächsten Tag war alles wieder einwandfrei. Super Service und sehr professionelle Abwicklung. Eine echte Empfehlung! We were desperately looking for a workshop in the La Spezia region that would repair our exhaust at short notice and ended up at GioMec by chance, a real stroke of luck. He looked at the problem immediately, ordered the necessary parts and the next day everything was fine again. Great service and very professional handling. A real recommendation!

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Motor unseres Campers, konnten spontan noch am gleichen Tag vorbeikommen und der Mechaniner checkte das Auto sofort durch. Alle waren sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und uns wurde sogar Schokolade angeboten. :) Es wurde gut Englisch gesprochen, also stellte die Sprache auch gar kein Problem dar. Unser Motor wurde durchgecheckt und das Problem wurde uns erklärt, und das alles komplett kostenlos! Great workshop, I can only recommend it!! We had a problem with the engine of our camper, we were able to spontaneously come by the same day and the mechanic checked the car straight away. Everyone was very very friendly and accommodating, and we were even offered chocolate. :) Good English was spoken so language was not a problem. Our engine was checked and the problem was explained to us, all completely free of charge!

Da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren und unser Italienisch nicht sehr gut ist waren wir sehr glücklich unser Problem auf Englisch schildern zu können. Das war bei anderen Werkstätten in La Spezia nicht möglich. Egal ob Tourist oder nicht, absolute Empfehlung! Great workshop! Had a problem with our disc, which could be fixed the next day. The service and communication was great! Since we were just passing through and our Italian is not very good, we were very happy to be able to describe our problem in English.
