★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, portata l'auto con impianto gpl della brc, di cui sono officina autorizzata, due volte, perchè non aveva potenza e perdeva giri anche in una minima salita fino a spegnersi, anche dopo averla tenuta e provata per una settimana facendomi spendere 300 euro non sono stati in grado di trovare il guasto. portata da un altro meccanico che in 10 minuti ha capito che un cilindro non andava a causa del consumo eccessivo delle valvole dovuto all'impianto a gas. Meccanici per modo di dire che senza l'aiuto del computer non sanno fare una diagnosi.
L'auto è intestata ad un'altra persona ma me ne sono occupato io ed è stata acquistata a Genova in aprile 2018 e ca. in quel periodo ve l'ho portata, non vi consiglio di mettere in dubbio quello che posso comprovare dalle vostre fatture. Non avete capito il problema pur avendola trattenuta e provata per una settimana, dal che risulta che ho pagato per non vedere risolto il problema. Se io sbaglio pago, voi sbagliate e fate pagare me.

Ho trovato cortesia e assoluta competenza, tutti i lavori sono stati eseguiti a regola d'arte.

Me l'hanno consegnata, dicendomi sempre che il problema fosse stato risolto. COSÌ NON È STATO. Non so se è incompetenza nel risolvere il problema o mancanza di voglia nell'eseguire. In entrambi i casi, grossa mancanza di rispetto per il cliente. Riscontrato anche maleducazione del titolare e dello staff. Sarebbe lunga a raccontare tutto, ma in soldoni NON LA CONSIGLIO.

Ho usufruito di questa officina e carrozzeria per vari problemi su di un Range Rover con qualche annetto sulle spalle, e me li hanno sempre brillantemente risolti. Anche nel periodo più duro di lockdown nazionale non hanno fatto una piega e mi hanno rimesso la macchina in piena efficienza riparandola dopo il rimorchio con carro per un guasto importante alla trasmissione. Nessun problema anche ultimamente per rinnovare sospensioni freni e impianto iniezione. Lavorano su tutto e lo fanno in maniera professionale. È diventato il riferimento per le auto di famiglia.
