Even though the ticket did mention that I need to check with the reception desk to get a boarding pass in prior of boarding the bus, in reality it wasn't a breeze. You need to know a few hints here. - Go early! like at least 15' before your scheduled trip - For any info always talk to the man-in-charge (sitting next to the entrance of the bus) - If you can't afford to miss the scheduled trip, always reserve in prior. And in that case don't wait in the queue to get your boarding pass, go straight to the counter! Even better, be prepared (plan enough time) to miss the bus and take the next one. Some times they stall departure to fill in empty seats. - Always check you are waiting in the right bus queue.

Don't use this bus!!! You will lost your money. The buses do not departure and arrive on time. I had to wait more than hour after planned time of departure. To return to airport I had to take a taxi otherwise I'd stay in Rome for longer... AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Price is ok. And they bring you quickly to the Airport. Service level is very low. You need to print out the tickets in advance. They don't accept the QR code. If you can not show a ticket they don't allow you to get in. It is 2016!!! So why make it hard for a tourist? Use the QR code to verify tickets. It safes time and the inviroment.

The address shown on boarding pass isn't correct, the bus station is actually located on 29 instead of 36. The bus always delays but it's because of the bad traffic in Rome. Arrived on time. Great bargain and OK services overall.

The bus was at least 2 hours late - don't know exactly, because we couldn't wait any longer, so we took a taxi to the Ciampino airport. The staff was not very friendly and couldn't provide more info why the buses are late and when they will come. The buses which went to other airport looked also very old and in bad shape. And the bording lookef chaotic. Overall worst shuttle experience ever. Avoid this company - at least in Rome.

Rome to Ciampino Airport. Rude unhelpful staff. Dirty old bus with no air conditioning. Bought 2 tickets on line for 4 euros and showed my ticket on my phone but was told I had to print it out, which i could not. Ended up buying 2 more tickets at 6 euros. I don't recommend you take this "service". There are cheaper better alternatives.

I always used Terravision in London with no problems but Rome is different. No clear indication on timings, you just have to wait (but that is quite common in Rome). Bus was VERY DIRTY, no air conditioning (personally, coming from the 5° in Scotland to the 20° in Rome that would be a must have service) and with some broken pieces (electric cables pending just above your seat). Cheap but poor. Next time I'll spend 1€ more and take the competitor.

Easily the best gelato in all of Rome. They have the same customer service to tourists as they do to locals which is a huge bonus. We got 4 medium cones for 8€ and their “competitors” will charge that per cone to tourists. Gelato is made fresh everyday and the old fashioned way... if you go to Rome and ignore this place in favor of more noticeable gelato bars... you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Go here. You won’t regret it.
