★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da non ripetere se compri qualcosa e hai sbagliato e lo vuoi cambiare il giorno dopo non te lo cambiano .....solo dalle 13.00 alle 15.30.....per chi lavora se lo tiene in pratica....poi se perdi lo scontrino non hai speranza....mentre in altri negozi se gli dici giorno e ora ristampano lo scontrino e ti cambiano l'articolo....complimenti assistenza ai clienti eccellente
Experience not to be repeated if you buy something and you made a mistake and you want to change it the next day they don't change it ..... only from 13.00 to 15.30 ..... for those who work if they keep it in practice .... then if you lose the receipt you have no hope .... while in other shops if you tell them day and time they reprint the receipt and change the item .... congratulations excellent customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna,articoli scombinati e se si fraintende il prezzo di uno di questi ,il personale non avvisa e dopo un controllo di funzionamento ti impedisce categoricamente di potere cambiare l articolo nonostante la confezione anche da prima della prova non fosse integra. Esperienza davvero terribile ,pessimo servizio,mi dispiace non poter dare meno di 1 stella.
Shame, messed-up items and if you misunderstand the price of one of these, the staff does not warn you and after a functional check it categorically prevents you from being able to change the item despite the packaging even before the test was not intact. Truly terrible experience, bad service, I regret not being able to give less than 1 star.

TESTUALI PAROLE IN CASSA:'' noi non possiamo fare tutto, sistemare,stare in cassa,seguire i clienti...per i pacchi più avanti trovate un banco per pacco fai da te''...
...immaginate la fila che so è formata e la bruttura dei pacchi...
Mai più non ci metterò mai più piede...
La tizia alle cassa nell'invitarmi al banco del fai da te è stata scortese molto scortese
The shop is well stocked, good value for money .... mediocre customer reception but what is truly regrettable is that although we are under Christmas they do not make packages.
TESTUAL WORDS IN THE CASH BOX: "we can't do everything, arrange, stay in the checkout, follow the customers ... for the packages later you will find a DIY package counter" ...
... imagine the line I know is formed and the ugliness of the packages ...
Never again I will never set foot ...
The chick to cash in inviting me to the bench of DIY was very rude rude

Abbiamo frainteso il prezzo di un articolo a causa del loro disordine fra gli scaffali e dopo la prova di funzionamento ci hanno letteralmente costretto ad acquistare il prodotto del quale avevamo frainteso il prezzo. Sconsigliato
I wish I could give less than a star but it's not possible. Inflated prices and rude staff. We have misunderstood the price of an item because of their messiness on the shelves and after the trial run they literally forced us to buy the product of which we had misunderstood the price. Not recommended
