La proprietaria quando ha visionato la mia clip mi ha risposto che non le sembrava di poter riscontrare nessun difetto e che non avrebbe saputo giustificare la sostituzione ...ma se non ci fosse stato nessun tipo di problema perché mai avrei dovuto cambiarlo!!!! Oggi sono costretta ad andare a Brindisi in un altro centro Pandora per un cambio semplicissimo coperto dalla garanzia! Succede anche questo quando manca la professionalità.
