Sono da anni cliente di Gullo dove ho acquistato diversi diamanti e sono sempre rimasta molto soddisfatta per il trattamento e la serietà del personale.
Devo purtroppo constatare che il personale del suddetto punto Shiny poco ha a che fare con la classe che contraddistingue il marchio Gullo a Messina. Personale scortese, che non fa gli interessi del cliente e crea difficoltà di ogni genere per fare un cambio banale di gioielli di bigiotteria regalatimi. Hanno anche cercato di farsi pagare la differenza, quando i prezzi di listino dei gioielli che desideravo erano esattamente uguali a quelli che avevo ricevuto in regalo (scoperto grazie ad internet).
Risultato:zero fiducia, io non sarò mai più loro cliente e distoglieró tutti coloro che conosco ad acquistare in questo posto.
This comment concerns the Shiny point in front of Gullo.
I have been a client of Gullo for years, where I bought several diamonds and have always been very satisfied with the treatment and the seriousness of the staff.
Unfortunately I must note that the staff of the aforementioned Shiny point has little to do with the class that distinguishes the Gullo brand in Messina. Rude staff, which does not serve the client's interests and creates all kinds of difficulties to make a trivial change of costume jewelry given to me. They also tried to get the difference paid, when the list prices of the jewels I wanted were exactly the same as those I had received as a gift (discovered thanks to the internet).
Result: zero confidence, I will never be their customer again and I will distract everyone I know from buying in this place.
