★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente il momento di difficoltà dovuto alla crisi globale si è fatto sentire poiché la mia recente esperienza è stata davvero pessima. Il prodotto di qualità scadente e le tempistiche bibliche di TENTATA risoluzione del problema (3 mesi e mezzo) sarebbero già dei punti a sfavore ma per cui sicuramente non avrei mai lasciato alcuna recensione negativa. Ciò che veramente mi ha portato a prendere questa decisione è stato il rifiuto di effettuare il rimborso, preceduto da frasi di scherno e seguito dall'atteggiamento di sfida e l'invito di passare per vie legali. La "spiegazione" di questo rifiuto è la ciliegina sulla torta: la mancanza dello scontrino (scontrino già esibito durante la richiesta di sostituzione e probabilmente smarrito in quell'occasione). Nonostante la legge parli chiaro e dica che esibire lo scontrino non è più necessario (oggigiorno ogni transazione è registrata soprattutto se si paga col bancomat e il commerciante può facilmente reperire tutte le informazioni), è evidente che la garanzia da loro timbrata sarebbe bastata per chiudere felicemente la storia. Il fornitore stesso del prodotto in questione mi ha contattato e allibito per quanto stesse accadendo in un loro punto vendita si è offerto di inviarmi gratuitamente un nuovo articolo (ovviamente ho rifiutato ringraziando). Non farò il nome del produttore che si è dimostrato molto disponibile e tantomeno procederò per vie legali per mancanza di tempo e per non danneggiare ulteriormente un'attività che evidentemente ha accusato già un grave colpo durante la pandemia.
Probably the difficult moment due to the global crisis made itself felt as my recent experience was really bad. The poor quality product and the biblical timing of attempted resolution of the problem (3 and a half months) would already be points against but for which I certainly would never have left any negative reviews. What really led me to make this decision was the refusal to make the refund, preceded by mocking phrases and followed by the attitude of defiance and the invitation to go through legal channels. The "explanation" of this refusal is the icing on the cake: the lack of the receipt (receipt already exhibited during the replacement request and probably lost on that occasion). Although the law speaks clearly and says that showing the receipt is no longer necessary (nowadays every transaction is registered especially if you pay with an ATM and the merchant can easily find all the information), it is clear that the guarantee stamped by them would be enough to close happily the story. The supplier of the product in question contacted me and was shocked by what was happening in one of their stores and offered to send me a new article for free (obviously I refused thanking). I will not mention the manufacturer who has proved very helpful, nor will I take legal action due to lack of time and in order not to further damage an activity that has obviously already suffered a serious blow during the pandemic.
