I have known the Locatelli family for 40 years. Excellent service, sophisticated jewelry, tasteful, classy. Variety of pieces. Even for those looking for a gift for everyone. Vado per togliere due maglie a un bracciale d’argento, prima mi convincono a toglierne solo 1, passano 4 giorni, vado per ritirare il bracciale, ovviamente largo, prima mi chiedono come mai avessi chiesto di toglierne solo 1...(io avevo chiesto?!) poi acconsentono a toglierne un’altra.
Oggi finalmente ritiro dopo 11 giorni il bracciale, prezzo del lavoro pattuito 9€, prezzo finale raddoppiato (18€) perchè “ha fatto togliere prima 1 maglia poi 1 seconda”.
Sinceramente mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso, sicuramente non di pagare per 2 lavori come fossero ordini separati.
BAD EXPERIENCE.
I go to remove two links from a silver bracelet, first they convince me to remove only 1, 4 days pass, I go to collect the bracelet, obviously wide, first they ask me why I asked to remove only 1 ... (I had asked ?!) then agree to remove another.
Today I finally withdraw the bracelet after 11 days, price of the agreed work € 9, final price doubled (€ 18) because "he first removed 1 shirt then 1 second".
Honestly I expected a different treatment, definitely not to pay for 2 jobs as they were separate orders.

Essere poi accolti con un sorriso e trattati come se si volesse comprare un collier per me non ha prezzo, quindi lo suggerisco in pieno e se dovrò comperare dei regali ci tornerò sicuramente!!
I went in to change the batteries of two watches and I found a nice shop, very bright and tidy and with many beautiful things. Being greeted with a smile and treated as if you wanted to buy a necklace for me is priceless, so I suggest it in full and if I have to buy gifts I will definitely be back !!
