Il titolare ha controllato che l'oggetto fosse disponibile, lo ha messo da parte in attesa che completassi la procedura di acquisto, mi ha spiegato le opzioni di spedizione e .... prima gradita sorpresa ... mi ha chiesto la misura del polso per regolare il cinturino. Il giorno successivo ho ricevuto via mail il link per seguire la spedizione e dopo due giorni ... seconda gradita sorpresa ... con anticipo rispetto al previsto, l'orologio era al mio polso.

Having intended to buy a Bulova watch seen on the online shop window of this jewelry store, I contacted them. The owner checked that the item was available, put it aside while waiting for me to complete the purchase procedure, explained the shipping options and ... first a pleasant surprise ... he asked me for my wrist size to adjust the strap. The next day I received the link to follow the shipment via email and after two days ... second welcome surprise ... earlier than expected, the watch was on my wrist.
The professionalism and courtesy of La Morella were exemplary.
