★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto un bracciale giorno 1 gennaio lo indossato x due giorni e si è ossidato e le pietre hanno perso colore, mi sono subito recato spiegando l'accaduto cosa che a me non è mai successo con nessun'altra azienda e mi è stato detto che chi sa cosa avevo combinato e non solo la commessa mi dice pure che e figlia di gioielliere e che una cosa simile non poteva succedere. Comunque detto ciò non sono pietre ma sono smaltati e di certo non consiglio assolutamente questa azienda poco professionale.
I received a bracelet on January 1st, I wore it for two days and it oxidized and the stones lost color, I immediately went explaining what had happened to me, something that has never happened to me with any other company and I was told that who knows what I had done and not only the saleswoman also tells me that she is the daughter of a jeweler and that such a thing could not happen. However, having said that they are not stones but they are enamelled and I certainly do not recommend this unprofessional company at all.
