Very disappointed. Super rude personal, no kindness not even hello at the entrance. No explanation for jewelry, really to be avoided. I would never come to this shop again. I imagine that the owners prefer to work only with the locals….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo. Personale scortese, il commesso aveva persino la mascherina abbassata è sporca da giorni, forse settimane di utilizzo. Non ha voluto darci un minimo di spiegazioni sull’acquisto di una coppia di fedi nuziali, dicendo che eravamo troppo in anticipo e non potevano calcolare nemmeno il prezzo, considerando che io avrei pagato il giorno stesso l’ordine. Essendo una gioielleria storica sinceramente davvero deludente. Personale da rivedere!!! Magari preferisco clienti con la puzza sotto il naso, come il loro personale!
One star is too much. Rude staff, the salesman even had the mask down and dirty from days, maybe weeks of use. He did not want to give us a minimum of explanations on the purchase of a pair of wedding rings, saying that we were too early and could not even calculate the price, considering that I would have paid the order the same day. Being a historical jewelery shop it is honestly really disappointing. Staff to be reviewed !!! Maybe I prefer customers with the smell under their noses, like their staff!
