Ho pensato fosse la pila da sostituire e quindi mi sono recato presso il negozio in questione. C'era una ragazza che stava servendo dei clienti la quale mi ha detto di aspettare un minuto. Di minuti ne sono passati almeno 15. Alchè ho manifestato del disappunto e la ragazza mi ha chiesto cosa volessi. Ho detto che dovevo cambiare la pila dell'orologio e mi sono sentito rispondere che dovevo lasciarlo. Capisco che cambiare la pila a un orologio per una gioielleria sia una perdita di tempo nonchè poco remunerativo ma rappresenta comunque un servizio per un cliente o potenziale tale! Non mi recherò più in questo negozio! I bought two watches a few months ago in this shop. One of these has stopped. I thought it was the battery to replace and then I went to the shop in question. There was a girl who was serving customers who told me to wait a minute. At least 15 minutes have passed. Alchè I expressed disappointment and the girl asked me what I wanted. I said I had to change the watch battery and was told I had to leave it. I understand that changing the battery of a watch for a jewelry store is a waste of time as well as not very profitable but still represents a service for a customer or potential such! I will not go to this shop again!
