★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un prodotto di cui non è possibile conoscere il costo, un aspirapolvere, lavapavimenti e purificatore d'aria presentato come un miracolo in terra da un venditore (nel mio caso) saccente e arrogante. Chiudete le porte quando li vedete all'orizzonte.

Mi sembra strano che tutte le recensioni siano positive, molta persone in possesso di Gioel che ho conosciuto, condividono la mia stessa opinione. ( per pubblicarla devo mettere almeno una stella, ma non è nella mia intenzione)

Gioel rappresenta per me e la nostra famiglia un valido alleato nella nostra quotidianità. Mio figlio soffre di rinite allergica e abbiamo sempre cercato di trovare soluzioni per migliorare il suo riposo notturno ma anche la qualità del luogo dove viviamo. Quando abbiamo conosciuto Gioel e lo abbiamo provato sui tappeti, sul materasso e nella sua camera con la pulizia dell'aria abbiamo capito il grandissimo potenziale. E da 3 anni a questa parte fa parte del nostro quotidiano. MAI PIU' SENZA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da poco acquistato Agile 2 per completare il mio Gioel 441, che già di per sè è eccezionale, perché permette con un solo sistema di pulire l'aria, le superfici, aspirare e sanificare con il vapore, indispensabile prima e una manna ai tempi del Covid.
Agile è a dir poco strepitoso, leggero (per me importantissimo perché soffro di dolori articolari), manegevole, con un tubo lunghissimo.
Sono riuscita in pochissimo tempo e senza fatica fatica a pulire con il vapore i pensili della cucina e la parte sopra, le piastrelle del bagno, grandi vetrate e lucernari, che prima pulivo di rado, perché facevo fatica ad arrivarci per l'altezza e posizione, oltre naturalmente ai pavimenti.
Sono veramente entusiasta del mio acquisto, inutile dire che quest'azienda continua a confermare la mia fiducia con sistemi di pulizia che sono al Top.
Il mio prossimo acquisto sarà sicuramente il sistema da stiro ?

Agile is nothing short of amazing, light (very important for me because I suffer from joint pain), manageable, with a very long tube.
I managed in a very short time and with no effort to steam the kitchen cabinets and the upper part, the bathroom tiles, large windows and skylights, which I rarely cleaned before, because I had a hard time getting there due to the height and position , in addition of course to the floors.
I am truly excited about my purchase, needless to say this company continues to confirm my confidence with cleaning systems that are at the top.
My next purchase will certainly be the ironing system ?

In tre anni di utilizzo 4 volte abbiamo spedito l'aspirapolvere in assistenza: motore rotto e sostituito, cavo d'alimentazione guasto, pezzi rotti all'interno. Macchina ingombrante, difficile da pulire, oltretutto richiede pulizia profonda ogni qualvolta viene utilizzata. Ahimè per l'ultimo guasto mi hanno chiesto 200 euro per la sistemazione e ci ho rinunciato.
Prezzo esagerato per un prodotto pensato e costruito con il fondoschiena.
Il mio consiglio è stare alla larga!!!
Too bad I can't leave -5 stars !!! In three years of use 4 times we have sent the vacuum cleaner for service: broken and replaced motor, broken power cable, broken pieces inside. Bulky machine, difficult to clean, plus it requires deep cleaning every time it is used. Alas for the latest breakdown they asked me for 200 euros for accommodation and I gave up.
Exaggerated price for a product designed and built with the backside.
My advice is to stay away !!!

Dopo 3 anni dall'acquisto di un prodotto di €3000, il motore si guasta. Chiamo l'assistenza e mi vengono chiesti €240 per sostituire il motore!
Pessimo acquisto!!
Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il prodotto completo, con funzionalità di aspirapolvere e lava asciuga nella versione pro che doveva essere più potete.
L’idea e le funzionalità sarebbero valide, peccato che sia sempre rotto.
L’ho utilizzato fintanto che era in garanzia, e ogni 15 gg massimo 1 mese era in assistenza. Si è rotta ogni cosa: caldaia, motore, contatti vari ecc. alcune cose più volte.
L’assistenza è sempre stata puntuale e valida, ma il prodotto sinceramente non avrebbe dovuto lasciarmi a piedi ogni 15 gg e non mi sarei aspettata di dover perdere ore di lavoro per fare su e giù per portare la macchina a riparare.
Appena l’assistenza ha finito di essere gratuita l’ho buttato e acquistato un’altra macchina professionale con cui non ho problemi.

The assistance has always been punctual and valid, but honestly the product shouldn't have left me on foot every 15 days and I would not have expected to waste hours of work going up and down to take the machine for repair.
As soon as the assistance stopped being free, I threw it away and bought another professional machine with which I have no problems.
