Personale molto cortese e disponibile. A small bakery hidden in the streets of Ceglie Messapica where you can find excellent bread baked in a wood oven and wonderful sweet and savory taralli. Oven among the best of Ceglie from normal taralli with chilli and fennel to wholemeal wheat frize and oil, focaccia bread with tomato or onion stuffing and the inevitable desserts one of all the Cegliese biscuit.

Se vendessero i loro prodotti all'estero ne avremmo tutti le cucine piene ma mi devo accontentare dei pacchetti acquistati ogni volta che torno a Ceglie o dei pacchetti che mi spediscono i miei. In my opinion it is the best oven in the country. In addition to the excellent products I love the originality of the place that has remained over the years. If they sold their products abroad we would all have kitchens full of them but I have to settle for the packages purchased every time I go back to Ceglie or the packages that I send mine.
