Dopo aver mangiato la ? non ci si sente "appesantiti" e "assetati", segno che é stata una pizza di qualità. Very light and tasty pizza. The flours used here, the dough and the (long) leavening are now rare characteristics. After eating the ? you don't feel "heavy" and "thirsty", a sign that it was a quality pizza.
P	Pina Mazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è semplice ma spazioso con ampio cortile ben curato. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso antipasto e giro puzza. La pizza era lievitata molto bene ed è risultata leggera e facilmente digeribile. Anche la pizza fritta gustosa con poco sale. Per dolce io consiglierei il babà e la panna cotta ai frutti di bosco. Unico neo del menu sotto ed ai bordi la pizza era un po' bruciacchiata. The restaurant is simple but spacious with a large well-kept courtyard. The staff were polite and helpful. We took appetizer and stink round. The pizza had risen very well and was light and easily digestible. Also tasty fried pizza with little salt. For dessert I would recommend the baba and the panna cotta with berries. The only drawback of the menu below and at the edges the pizza was a little scorched.

L'impasto di Gigi è eccezionale come sempre , e l'antipasto è di primissimo livello, nulla a che vedere con i soliti antipasti che ti rifilano in pizzeria . Il saltimbocca poi, è speciale , provatelo. Although it was Saturday night and although we had not booked, we had dinner without waiting too long and very well. Gigi's dough is exceptional as always, and the appetizer is of the highest level, nothing to do with the usual appetizers that you trim in a pizzeria. Then the saltimbocca is special, try it.

Al telefono non rispondono quasi mai, prenoti un certo tipo di tavolo e ti ritrovi altrove e molto poca professionalità. Alla Signora che ha emesso lo scontrino vorrei ricordare che nel momento in cui andate ad aggiungere in questo caso rucola a 0,50€ in più dovete poi togliere l'ingrediente non consumato come la mozzarella altrimenti si rischiano davvero tante brutte figure. Chiudo dicendo che i prezzi sono davvero troppo alti. Unfortunately very, very disappointing experience. Locale molto carino, in legno, con possibilità di mangiare sia al chiuso che all'aperto in veranda. Tasty and light pizza, with some workhorses. All the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to every request. Very nice place, in wood, with the possibility of eating both indoors and outdoors on the veranda.
