M	Maria Grazia B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti e zero professionalta'dopo aver acquistato una cucina Net consigliata da loro mi e'arrivata rotta dopo vari reclami mi sono arrivate alcune ante in sostituzione anch'esse rotte .Ho fatto questo acquisto pochi mesi fa ed ora i pensili si stanno anche gonfiando ed non ho risolto il problema xche'non esiste un servizio clienti/qualita'.Nonostante il prodotto mi sia arrivato con evidenti vizi di conformita'e sia stato pagato in toto questo negozio non si e'attivato a seguito dei miei reclami per risolvere il problema definitivamente viste anche le leggi a garanzia del consumatore.Pessima esperienza........AGGIUNGO CHE IL TOP MI E 'STATO CONSEGNATO PRIVO DI ALZATINE E CHE PERDEVA ACQUA CAMBIARLO E STATO IL MINIMO CHE SI POTEVA FARE E NON UN MIO VEZZO.PURTROPPO I COLLABORATORI SONO COSTRETTI A SEGUIRE DELLE LOGICHE AZIENDALI IMPOSTE CHE PRESCINDONO DALLA LORO VOLONTA' E GRAZIE ALLA STIMA CHE HO PER ALCUNI DI LORO CHE NON HO AGITO PER VIE LEGALI A RISTORO DEL TOTALE VIZIO DI CONFORMITA' DELL ARTICOLO VENDUTOMI .LA MIA VALUTAZIONE IN MERITO ALLA VICENDA E'OGGETTIVA RITENGO SIA PUERILE RECRIMINARE IL CONTRARIO NELLA CONSAPEVOLEZZA CHE LA CUCINA MI E"STATA CONSEGNATA CON VARI DIFETTI BEN VISIBILI CHE NE PREGIUDICANO LA QUALITA' E DURATA. Bad customer service and zero professionalism after buying a Net kitchen recommended by them, I got broken after several complaints, I got some doors instead of broken ones. I made this purchase a few months ago and now the cabinets are also swelling and I have not solved the problem that there is no customer / quality service. Despite the fact that the product has arrived with obvious defects of conformity and has been paid for in full this shop has not been activated following my complaints to resolve the problem definitively seen also the laws guaranteeing the consumer. Very bad experience ........ I ADD THAT THE TOP HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO ME WITHOUT FOOTPALS AND THAT LOSS WATER CHANGE IT AND IT WAS THE MINIMUM THAT YOU COULD DO AND NOT A MY VEZZO.PURTROPPO THE EMPLOYEES ARE CONSTRUCTED TO FOLLOW THE TAXED COMPANY LOGICS WHICH REFER FROM THEIR WILL AND THANKS TO THE ESTIMATE I HAVE FOR SOME OF THEM THAT I HAVE NOT AGAIN FOR LEGAL WAYS AT THE TOTAL RESTAURANT DEFINITION OF CONFORMITY OF THE ARTICLE SOLD ME. MY EVALUATION IN RESPECT OF THE EVENT IS OBJECTIVE I THINK IT CAN BE RECRIMINATE THE CONTRARY IN THE AWARENESS THAT THE KITCHEN HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO ME WITH VARIOUS DEFECTS THAT WILL PREJUDICE QUALITY AND DURABILITY.
