★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto in dubbio la qualità, ma il post vendita affidato alla vostra rete commerciale è quantomeno impresentabile. Un’azienda seria non si affiderebbe a certi incompetenti e in caso di gravi omissioni o irregolarità interverrebbe per sopperire le loro mancanze.
Abbiamo comprato una cameretta nello store di Torino gestito da Prime Home, poi fallita. Consegnata e montata a inizio 2017, segnaliamo immediatamente al montatore, con tanto di verbale firmato, che un paio di ante sono da sostituire perché fallate, che manca una testiera di uno dei letti nonché un pezzo di libreria angolare (circa un terzo).
Ancora oggi dopo decine di mail e telefonate non abbiamo ricevuto il materiale.
Vergognatevi.
I do not doubt the quality, but the after-sales entrusted to your sales network is at least unpresentable. A serious company would not rely on certain incompetents and in the event of serious omissions or irregularities would intervene to compensate for their shortcomings.
We bought a bedroom in the Turin store run by Prime Home, then failed. Delivered and assembled at the beginning of 2017, we immediately report to the editor, with a signed report, that a pair of doors must be replaced because they have failed, a headboard of one of the beds is missing as well as a piece of corner bookcase (about a third).
Even today, after dozens of emails and phone calls, we have not received the material.
Shame on you.
